With more than 25 years of experience in corporate solutions, Terence is a seasoned expert in business advisory and accounting fields. He has extensive knowledge and skills in handling various types of corporate assignments, such as restructuring, due diligence, M&A deals, insolvency, and forensic accounting. In addition, Terence has provided accounting and business support to growing businesses, including foreign entities expanding their businesses into Singapore.
As the Managing Director of RHT Atlas, Terence is responsible for the firm’s overall direction and strategy, including driving growth and business development. He is also a mentor and coach to the second-generation leaders across the firm. Before setting up RHT Atlas in May 2023, Terence was the Chief Operating Officer at one of the largest corporate solutions providers in Singapore for more than three years. Terence was also a co-founder and Managing Director of the Ardent group of companies since 2008.

Victor Tay is the Chief Executive Officer of RHT Consulting Asia as well as CEO of the China-ASEAN Business Alliance. He is also the CEO of Global Catalyst Advisory and Managing Director of Stout Asia, Investment Banking group managing the Southeast Asia office.
His areas of expertise include corporate strategic development, market entry and expansion strategy, direct investment, M&A and corporate finance advisory, and transaction support. He has assisted a number of Asian companies in going public successfully.
Victor has in-depth understanding of global strategic developments, including China, the United States, and Asia. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Business Federation and Group Director of SPRING Singapore, where he oversaw eight industry sectors comprising of Transportation, Logistics, Environmental, Engineering Services, Biomedical, Chemicals, Education, and Business Services in which he had assisted Singapore enterprises in a variety of areas such as M&A advisory, technological R&D, private equity investment, and internationalisation.

Lynn has accumulated over 25 years of professional experience and has donned various hats, specialising in tax compliance, accounting outsourcing and advisory, transaction advisory, valuation and assurance. She possesses a deep understanding of business and technical knowledge, which makes her a reliable and strategic advisor to clients at any stage of the growth cycle. Lynn’s extensive experience includes taxation, accounting advisory, financial due diligence, M&A advisory, financial reviews and valuation.
Lynn served as a Senior Director at a mid-sized audit firm before co-founding RHT Atlas in May 2023. She also co-founded and served as Senior Director of the Ardent group of companies since 2008. Lynn brings a wealth of experience to RHT Atlas, where she is responsible for providing clients with customized solutions that suit their unique business needs and challenges.
