Prakash is the founding member of RHTLaw Asia and RHT Group of Companies. He has over 20 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary professional and specialist services, including MAS-regulated businesses across fund management, capital markets services, and a recognised market operator.
He has successfully led investments, deals structuring, post-acquisition integration and exits of businesses from start-ups to market leading businesses. As the co-founder of SDAX Digital Asset Exchange, he was instrumental in its development and continues to unlock new possibilities in traditional capital and private markets as AlDigi’s Group CEO.
Prakash spearheads the development of pioneering solutions across alternative asset classes, ESG-investing, blockchain technology and Web 3.0 solutions.
An active member of the community, Prakash is a Director of ONERHT Foundation, a registered charity and CSR vehicle of the AlDigi Group, as well as Vice Chairman of the Singapore Indian Education Trust.
Prakash graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science, Economics. He successfully completed a blockchain strategy programme with Said Business School, University of Oxford. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
