Victor Tay is the Group Chief Executive Officer of RHT Consulting Asia as well as CEO of the China-ASEAN Business Alliance. He is also the CEO of Global Catalyst Advisory and Managing Director of Stout Asia, Investment Banking group managing the Southeast Asia office.
His areas of expertise include corporate strategic development, market entry and expansion strategy, direct investment, M&A and corporate finance advisory, and transaction support. He has assisted a number of Asian companies in going public successfully.
Victor has in-depth understanding of global strategic developments, including China, the United States, and Asia. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Business Federation and Group Director of SPRING Singapore, where he oversaw eight industry sectors comprising of Transportation, Logistics, Environmental, Engineering Services, Biomedical, Chemicals, Education, and Business Services in which he had assisted Singapore enterprises in a variety of areas such as M&A advisory, technological R&D, private equity investment, and internationalisation.
Christine has over 30 years of proven competency in entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, corporate turnaround success, human resource consulting, talent acquisition, executive search, career management, corporate training and development, business outsourcing solutioning, and executive coaching covering both Singapore and regionally. She is also actively engaged in areas of corporate social responsibility. A cross-cultural advocate, Christine promotes “synergy in diversity” in all her undertakings. Raymond has over 20 years of regional experience in the fields of governance and risk management, serving clients in MNCs and statutory boards. He spent 13 of those years honing his skills with international professional consulting firms that include Coopers & Lybrand, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, and Protiviti. He previously helmed the Enterprise Risk Management and CIO Solutions practices at Protiviti for Southeast Asia. He also established and built the Internal Audit and Risk management practice group for a public-listed business solutions provider.
He previously developed and helped implement enterprise risk management frameworks for two of the equities exchanges in the region, a conglomerate of social enterprises, and a public-listed business solutions provider operating across five countries. He also drafted the technology risk management framework for a cluster of healthcare providers. As an advisor for a start-up cybersecurity firm, Raymond developed the IT security framework for a major player in the Singapore energy market, and was involved in security assessments for a rail transit authority.
Billy is a veteran investigator who had previously coached and mentored hundreds of police investigators for many years. He can be counted on to manage and lead in any operations, regardless of the complexity, urgency and the genre of research and analysis required.
